Anver Vacuum Lifters

Mechanical Vacuum

ANVER offers both air-powered and electric vacuum lifters.

The standard EMC Series Electric Powered Vacuumlifters are designed to dramatically reduce the effort required to raise heavy loads.

Transformers should be Remote Mounted: Increasingly many local regulations require you not to have 3-phase power running below the hook. This is usually the case with smaller units which are intended to be used by an operator. The transformer should thus be wall or remotely-mounted for safety. We sell the proper transformers for our lifters which ship separately in a box and need to be installed by a qualified electrician. It is usually best to contract this to a local crane installer or electrician familiar with your state’s local code requirements. Important: The ASME B30.20 Regulations which are the American Standard ASME website States this about “(i) Power Disconnects. (1) Hoisting Equipment using an externally powered vacuum lifter shall have a separate vacuum lifter circuit switch of the enclosed type with provision for locking, flagging, or tagging in the open (off) position. The vacuum lifter disconnect switch shall be connected on the line side (power supply side) of the hoisting equipment disconnect switch. (2) Disconnects are not required on externally powered vacuum lifters operating a 120 VAC single phase power source.”To estimate voltage drop by wire size, material, voltage, phase, distance and amp draw, we recommend this calculator. Electric Self-Cycling Operation: (ESC available on vacuum generators with Safety Lock-Out Lift Bail, VPE1-GEN2, BAE1-GEN2, VPE3-GEN2, BAE3-GEN2, GF5T, GF10T, GF15T)

Modular design is the hallmark of ANVER Vacuum Lifters. You can choose from a variety of standard components to match your application. With our vast inventory and wide selection of components, it is possible to quickly create a lifter that fits almost any application. ANVER design its lifters to ensure that every pad carries the same weight.

An automatic self-cycling mechanism located in the piston's bottom controls the cycle of vacuum attach-and-release. After the unit has been lowered onto the load, the suspension chain will reduce the weight of the lifter. A cam closes the valve. The piston lifts up from the load, creating a strong vacuum under the vacuum pads and inside the cylinder. After the load is fully set and the suspension chains are loosened, the cam opens a piston valve, releasing vacuum. The lifter can be raised to make it ready for the next pickup. Both attachment and release happen instantly. Because the valve sealing disk can only cycle when the chain has been fully relaxed, it cannot change positions during use and will not release the load accidentally.

Note: The loads' side panels, hardware and assembly construction need to have adequate strength to be lifted from the sides. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure their product can be lifted without damage.

This lifter/tilter is designed to be safe. It has a VLS (9V battery-powered vacuum leakage sensor) and warning system. There's also an attach/release valve with a safety lock. The AMC-Series Lifters/Tilters offer a maximum vacuum level rating of 24 inches. Hg (609.6mm Hg) has a 4:1 safety rating on vacuum holding (unless other specifications are specified).

The standard EMC-Series Electric Powered Vacuum Loaders are made to reduce effort in lifting heavy loads. They also have powerful suction power, 90-degree manual tilt, and 360-degree manual rotation capabilities.

Lifting Frames

ANVER USA is a prominent manufacturer of vacuum tubes lifting systems. We produce a high-quality product designed for long-term production.

Calculate the length of the pads. Referring to the appropriate tables, determine the minimum number required to reach the maximum load length. Round up to the next largest number. If the maximum length of the load is 120 inches and the spacing between pads should be 60 inches, then a lifter that has at least two cups 2 is recommended. Calculate the minimum number required to lift the maximum load by multiplying the maximum load length with 2L, and then rounding up to get the next highest number.

These lifters/tilters have been designed with safety in mind. They include a VLS, 9V battery-powered vacuum leakage sensor and warning system, an attach/release valve with safety lock, and a slide valve with safety lock. The EMC-Series Lifters/Tilters have a 24 inch maximum vacuum level. Hg (609.6mm Hg), with a safety factor of 4:1 on vacuum holding (unless specified otherwise).

AMC Series lifters are available with optional pad extensions. Vacuum pads can be installed inline to handle long or narrow loads, or without extensions to handle short and narrow loads. The equipment features an ergonomic lifter handlebar with a welded-steel lifting frame that allows operators to use it with ease for many different loads and applications.

Generators

Safety features are a hallmark of Anver Vacuum Manual tilters and upenders. They have become the benchmark for safe load-tilting. Each model has been updated over the years to make it more reliable and longer-lasting. New and improved are the pads, vacuum generators frames, handles, hardware, filters, safety and security features as well. Each aspect of the lifters have been completely redesigned. The latest models are the most advanced Tilters.

The side grip vacuum lifting frames ANVER are designed with a spreader beam. They have adjustable cross arms that have vacuum pads at two sides. This frame is ideal for loading and unloading product onto shipping containers or onto skids.

Frequently Asked Questions

Broken belts, electrical problems within the unit or vacuum hoses failing are all common causes of vacuum pump failure.

Failing Check Valve Symptoms: Check valves can vibrate or even become unusable when there are problems. Reverse flow, excessive component wear and tear are other symptoms of a failing check valve. As they begin to fail, check valves can also make a lot of noises.

Nearly every case of premature dry pump failure can be attributed to one of the following three factors: contamination, overstress or poor installation.

Because they can work at higher RPMs, they are also useful for performance cars. There are two types of mechanical lifters, solid lifters and roller lifters.
